AT&T 8525 PPC Phone (open)

Formerly sold as the Cingular 8525, the new AT&T 8525 is the same piece of hardware branded with the AT&T logo and boasting an updated version of the Windows Mobile 5 for Pocket PC Phone Edition OS. The AT&T version of the 8525 is preloaded with the Windows Mobile update which current Cingular 8525 users can download here.

The AT&T 8525 supports UMTS and HSDPA high-speed wireless data networks (in available areas).   Other features include a slide-to-hide QWERTY keybaord, new Push to Talk support, built-in 802.11g Wi-Fi, a 2MP digital camera good for still image and video, a microSD flash memory card slot, and Bluetooth 2.0.

The AT&T 8525 is now available from the AT&T Mobile web site and select online retailers.  This model is being replaced by the AT&T 8925 Tilt.
