There are other first-person shooters for the iPhone, but Brothers In Arms: Hour of Heroes offers a more adult selection from the genre with a familiar look and interface found on the PC and popular gaming consoles.

In Hour of Heroes, you play as a soldier of the 101st Airborne in various World War II battles including Normandy, Ardennes and Tunisia.

Game includes 14 missions in 3 campaigns.  Use the accelerometer to launch grenades and the iPhone’s touchscreen to fire at enemies.  Drive a 4×4 vehicle or a Sherman tank, and use a variety of weapons including a bazooka, sniper rifle, machine gun and more.

Also plays on the iPod touch.
