I had to return this itouch 2 weeks after I bought it from Amazon. The screen locked up on it and nothing would unfreeze it. I sent it back to Amazon and they were quick to reimburse me and I ordered another one and have been happy with it. Defective merchandise can happen. I was impressed how quickly and efficently they handled it.

I have given up trying to do this, why the heck do MS give different domain names and then make it a mission to configure anything other than .com.

I have tried everything includung the ryan solution above and still no joy.
