After years of offering the same Pocket PC Phone, T-Mobile USA introduced a new self-branded model, the T-Mobile MDA.
Available in Europe for some time as the i-mate K-JAM (and known to some as the HTC Wizard), the MDA is a Windows Mobile 5 phone with the now-familiar sliding QWERTY thumb keyboard hidden behind the screen.
The T-Mobile MDA features both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, weigh just over 5-ounces and is, of course, a quad-band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 phone.
The MDA isn't exactly a speed-demon, as it runs a 200MHz TI OMAP 850 ARM-based processor. It's more than adequate for e-mail, web browsing and other productivity functions.
